1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction-related contract negotiations, including architect and contractor agreements, and oversee administrative authorizations.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease disputes.
4. Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Act as a business partner to various departments, identifying legal issues and offering practical, business-oriented solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam)
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department

1. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
2. Strong drafting skills
3. Attributes of reactivity, rigor, curiosity, agility, pedagogy, and teamwork

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

CRFPA (French Bar Exam) qualification required.
