1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types such as boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction-related legal tasks, including contract negotiation and drafting for architects, project managers, and general contractors.
3. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease disputes.
4. Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities, such as restaurant ventures.
6. Act as a business partner to various teams, identifying key legal issues and offering practical, clear, and business-oriented solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam).
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department.

1. High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Excellent writing skills.
3. Qualities such as reactivity, rigor, curiosity, agility, pedagogy, and teamwork.
