Christian Dior Real Estate Legal Intern

- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
- Support construction projects by negotiating and drafting contracts with architects, project managers, and contractors, and monitoring administrative authorizations.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease agreements.
- Participate in transactional activities, including the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and companies with significant real estate holdings.
- Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities such as hospitality ventures.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team and other departments within the Legal Directorate to identify and address legal issues, providing practical and business-oriented solutions.
- Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam) with experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
