- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types such as boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
- Support construction-related legal tasks, including contract negotiation and drafting for architects, project managers, and general contractors.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease disputes.
- Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets.
- Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities, such as restaurant ventures.
- Act as a business partner to various teams, identifying key legal issues and offering practical, clear, and business-oriented solutions.
- Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam).
- Experience in a law firm or legal department.
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Qualities such as reactivity, rigor, curiosity, agility, pedagogy, and teamwork.
