1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction projects by negotiating and drafting contracts with architects, project managers, and contractors, and monitoring administrative authorizations.
3. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease agreements.
4. Participate in transactional activities, including the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and companies with significant real estate holdings.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities such as hospitality ventures.
6. Collaborate with the Real Estate team and other departments within the Legal Directorate to identify and address legal issues, providing practical and business-oriented solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam) with experience in a law firm or legal department.
2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong writing skills.
