1. Define and implement quality control plans for various production stages.
2. Develop and update procedures, work instructions, and quality standards for the manufacturing network.
3. Collaborate with collection development teams to define product specifications and expectations.
4. Evaluate and audit suppliers based on quality criteria and manage corrective actions for non-conformities.
5. Supervise quality controls throughout production and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Manage logistics, packaging, and stock management guidelines to enhance storage conditions.
7. Handle quality issues reported by boutiques and conduct annual analyses of retail quality returns.
8. Identify areas for product and process quality improvement and implement continuous improvement tools.
9. Lead quality improvement projects and communicate results effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of significant experience in quality management, preferably in luxury, decoration, or tableware sectors.
3. Deep knowledge of quality standards and tools.
4. Proficiency in quality control techniques.
5. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 3 years in quality management, ideally within the luxury sector.
