1. Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) by measuring and enhancing its performance.
2. Develop and update necessary tools, procedures, and specifications.
3. Co-prepare and monitor the annual laboratory budget.
4. Ensure compliance of materials and finished products with Baby Dior's specifications.
5. Organize quality tests and inspections in manufacturing facilities.
6. Receive, analyze, and communicate quality reports.
7. Manage quality control service providers.
8. Measure and analyze customer satisfaction, including managing customer returns.
9. Define, monitor, and animate internal quality indicators.
10. Engage with suppliers through evaluations, action plans, and training.
11. Manage quality risks and assessments internally.
12. Lead, support, and train quality controllers, conducting regular and annual performance reviews.

1. Proven experience in quality management within the fashion industry.
2. Extensive technical knowledge of fabrics and production processes.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.
4. Proactive and reactive capabilities.
5. High level of rigor and efficiency.
6. Curiosity, openness, and innovative thinking.
7. Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturers and suppliers in Italy and Portugal.

1. Fluency in English and French is essential; Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Excel is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the fashion industry is required.

Degree from a textile engineering school or equivalent.
