1. Identify, document, and prioritize quality issues as they arise.
2. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities.
3. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
4. Plan and conduct internal and external audits.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Create and review requirements and specifications.
7. Manage projects related to quality assurance.

1. Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification with relevant training and experience in quality management.
2. Understanding of various metals and their properties.
3. Experience with mechanical testing of metals.
4. Strong documentation and database skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software.
6. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
