1. Contribute to the deployment of a new Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites.
2. Analyze existing quality processes and contribute to their harmonization.
3. Participate in defining the functional and technical specifications for the new QMS.
4. Identify improvement areas for current tools and evaluate potential technological solutions.
5. Assist in supplier evaluation and selection criteria definition.
6. Support the development and dissemination of a common quality culture.
7. Design innovative training modules on quality fundamentals and collaborate on creating interactive educational materials.
8. Organize and facilitate training sessions and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Engage in internal communication actions to promote quality culture.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in engineering, information systems management, industrial engineering, or project management.
2. Previous experience in an industrial, quality, or project management environment is appreciated.
3. Interest in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
4. Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
