- Transforming designs and sketches from Model Makers into exceptional garments through strong collaboration.
- Identifying necessary conditions for garment realization.
- Creating volumes, performing machine and hand sewing, cutting, gluing, pre-assembling, assembling, and final quality control.
- Identifying elements to enhance garment value through materials, techniques, and accessories.
- Adhering to technical instructions, selected materials, and deadlines.
- Maintaining the high quality standards expected by the Artistic Direction and the Maison.
- Performing alterations following fittings.
- Proven experience with high technical proficiency in garment construction.
- Demonstrated expertise in volume and material techniques applied to Flou or Tailleur.
- Passion, dexterity, and creativity for interpreting sketches.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.
- High patience, proactivity, and responsiveness.
- Strong sense of rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, openness, and ability to propose new ideas.
- Great flexibility in working hours during collection periods.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in garment construction with high technical proficiency.
