1. Transform toiles and sketches from designers into models with strong collaboration.
2. Identify necessary conditions for production.
3. Create volumes, perform machine and hand sewing, cutting, gluing, pre-assembling, assembling, and final checks.
4. Identify elements that enhance the garment through materials, techniques, and accessories.
5. Work according to technical instructions, selected materials, and deadlines.
6. Maintain the high quality expected by the Artistic Direction and the House.
7. Perform alterations following fittings.

1. Proven experience in the field with high technical skills in garment making.
2. Demonstrated expertise in volumes and material techniques applied to Flou or Tailoring.
