1. Generate weekly press reports and press clippings for Women's, Dior Maison, and Baby Dior print publications.
2. Collaborate with editorial partners to fulfill product requests and coordinate editorial needs.
3. Develop monthly press reports for all categories.
4. Compile daily 'morning updates' reports.
5. Manage sample trafficking for Women's editorial requests.
6. Assist in PR events with guest check-in and operational efficiency.
7. Generate 'credits' reports from all publications.
8. Maintain the sample closet and magazine archives.
9. Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for editorials.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Available full-time for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
3. Ability to exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
5. Familiarity with Fashion GPS.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate with internal and external groups.
7. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
8. Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in public relations or a related field is required.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
