1. Generate weekly press reports and press clippings for Women's, Dior Maison, and Baby Dior print publications
2. Work with editorial partners to fulfill product requests and coordinate editorial requests
3. Develop monthly 'covers' press reports for all categories
4. Compile 'morning updates' report
5. Manage sample trafficking for Women's editorial requests
6. Assist during PR events with guest check-in and ensuring efficiency in operations
7. Generate 'credits' report from all publications
8. Maintain sample closet and magazine archives
9. Manage logistics including shipping and receiving samples for editorials
10. Perform other tasks as assigned

1. Full-time, 12 Month Program
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home
3. At least 6 months of prior experience

1. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
2. Excellent follow-through practices
3. Good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with the press
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups
6. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
7. Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
9. Knowledge of Fashion GPS

At least 6 months of prior experience required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
