- Assist the Development team in managing the development of Access and Medium Jewelry collections.
- Support the Project Manager in creating and manufacturing prototypes for ongoing collections.
- Update development tracking tools daily, including prototype reception and validation dates, and cost summaries.
- Assist in drafting debriefs for workshops with the Project Manager.
- Capture images of elements in development, such as resins and metal tests.
- Create prototype orders and record and analyze quotes.
- Disseminate specific information internally about pieces, including delivery timelines, quotes, craftsmanship details, and dimensions.
- Assist in archiving prototypes, including order completion, photographing delivered pieces, and organizing and classifying items.
- Prepare workshop brief files for collection launches or multi-sourcing, including integrating marketing specifications, drafting quote requests, and organizing schedules.
- Participate in workshop briefing meetings.
- Assist in preparing internal presentation tools for launches.
- Set up tracking tools for showrooms, including listing expected pieces with delivery timelines and quote confirmations.
- Monitor the progress of piece fabrication with workshops.
- Regularly update internal teams on timelines and quotes.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department upon receipt of pieces.
- Business school or engineering school (Master's degree)

Entry-level; experience in the jewelry sector or project development is a plus.
Business school or engineering school (Master's degree)
