- Assist the Development Team in managing the development of Access and Medium Jewelry collections.
- Support the Project Manager in the creation and fabrication of prototypes for ongoing collections.
- Update tracking tools daily for development progress, including prototype reception and validation dates, and cost summaries.
- Aid in drafting debriefs for workshops alongside the Project Manager.
- Capture images of elements in development, such as resins and metal tests.
- Create prototype orders and record and analyze quotes.
- Disseminate specific information internally about pieces, including delivery timelines, quotes, craftsmanship points, and dimensions.
- Assist in archiving prototypes, including order settlement, photography of delivered pieces, and organization and classification of items.
- Prepare workshop briefing files for collection launches or multi-sourcing, incorporating marketing specifications, quote requests, and scheduling.
- Participate in workshop briefing meetings.
- Assist in preparing internal presentation tools for launches, including quality control and after-sales service.
- Set up tracking tools for showrooms, including expected piece listings with delivery timelines and quote confirmations.
- Monitor production progress with workshops and regularly update internal stakeholders on timelines and quotes.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department upon piece reception.
- Enrollment in a business or engineering school (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, though experience in the jewelry sector or project development is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress from a business or engineering school.
