Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager in High Jewelry Development

- Assist project managers in tracking special order requests and responding to commercial service inquiries.
- Monitor commercial challenges, including events, client retention strategies, and portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate internally with teams such as studio, stones, sales, purchasing, product environment, and logistics, as well as externally with high jewelry workshops.
- Support the development of pieces in progress, including attending workshops and meetings with the artistic director.
- Draft workshop briefs based on designs and client information, request quotes and timelines from workshops, and track milestones.
- Disseminate and collect specific internal information such as timelines, quotes, metrics, and specifications.
- Draft product compositions for integration into the M3 software.
- Receive delivered pieces, review invoices, manage packshot photos, and communicate metrics, gold color, and delivery dates to marketing.
- Update tracking tools for requests and development stages of pieces.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IFM, or pursuing a Master's in Marketing (Bac+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong proposal skills, involvement, and rigor.
- Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, discretion, and artistic sensitivity.
No prior experience required, though experience in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
