- Support project managers in tracking special order requests and responding to commercial service needs.
- Monitor commercial challenges such as events, client retention strategies, and portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate internally with teams including studio, stones, sales, purchasing, product environment, and logistics, and externally with high jewelry workshops.
- Assist in the development tracking of pieces in production, including workshop meetings and collaboration with the artistic director.
- Draft workshop briefs based on designs and client information.
- Request quotes and timelines from workshops and follow up on milestones.
- Distribute and collect specific internal information such as timelines, quotes, metrics, and specifications.
- Draft product compositions for integration into the M3 software.
- Receive delivered pieces, review invoices, manage photoshoots, and communicate metrics, gold color, PA, and delivery dates to marketing.
- Update tracking tools for requests and development stages.
- Business school, IFM, or Master's in Marketing (bac+5)
- Proficiency in IT tools (packOffice)
