1. Assist project managers in tracking special order requests and responding to the commercial service.
2. Monitor commercial challenges such as events, client retention strategies, and portfolio expansion.
3. Coordinate internally with teams (studio, stones, sales, purchasing, product environment, logistics) and externally with high jewelry workshops.
4. Support the development of pieces in production, including workshop meetings and collaboration with the artistic director.
5. Draft workshop briefs based on designs and client information.
6. Request quotes and timelines from workshops.
7. Track milestones and follow up on deadlines.
8. Disseminate and collect specific internal information such as timelines, quotes, metrics, and specifications.
9. Draft product compositions for integration into the M3 software.
10. Receive delivered pieces, review invoices, handle packshot photos, and transmit metrics and delivery dates to marketing.
11. Update tracking tools for requests and development stages.

1. Business school, IFM, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent (bac+5).

1. Proficiency in computer tools (packOffice).
2. Proactive, committed, rigorous, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Adaptability, rigor, discretion.
4. Artistic sensitivity.

Experience in the jewelry sector is a plus. Suitable for beginners.

Business school, IFM, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent (bac+5).
