1. Assist project managers in tracking special order requests and liaising with the commercial department.
2. Monitor commercial objectives, including events, client retention strategies, and portfolio expansion.
3. Coordinate internally with teams such as studio, stones, commercial, purchasing, product environment, and logistics, as well as externally with high jewelry workshops.
4. Support the development process of ongoing pieces, including workshop meetings and collaboration with the artistic director.
5. Draft workshop briefs based on designs and client information.
6. Request quotes and timelines from workshops and follow up on milestones.
7. Disseminate and collect specific internal information such as timelines, quotes, metrics, and specifications.
8. Draft product compositions for integration into the M3 software.
9. Receive delivered pieces, review invoices, coordinate photoshoots, and communicate metrics and delivery details to marketing.
10. Update tracking tools for requests and development progress.

1. Enrolled in a business school, IFM, or pursuing a Master's in Marketing (Bac+5).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Proactive, involved, meticulous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Adaptability, rigor, discretion.
4. Artistic sensitivity.
5. Experience in the jewelry sector is advantageous.

Open to beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or related field.

The internship offers exposure to the creation and manufacturing processes of high jewelry, providing an opportunity to learn about jewelry techniques and project management.
