Christian Dior Project Coordinator, Store Planning

1. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and LVMH partners to ensure project schedules are met.
2. Adhere to project timelines and exhibit exceptional time management skills.
3. Maintain vendor processes, including account setup, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
4. Identify and create tools to support the project management process.
5. Distribute project drawings and maintain project documentation.
6. Propose improvements to departmental processes for increased effectiveness.
7. Track and review project budgets and maintain a historical cost database.
8. Collect and organize project startup information for coherent design kickoff to Paris HQ.
9. Support project closeout tasks such as financial reconciliation and final payments.
10. Manage the Store Planning archive, including new store opening packages and project records.
11. Conduct annual audits and manage the Fine Art database.
12. Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including agenda setting and material preparation.
13. Distribute Store Planning materials to external teams.
14. Assist in the full RFP lifecycle process and manage minor works projects.
15. Maintain communication protocols related to projects, budgets, and vendor qualifications.
16. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external partners.
17. Ensure communication with other corporate departments and Store Operations.
18. Liaise with LVMH partners to ensure high-level execution and cost efficiency.

1. 2 years of prior construction and/or project coordination experience.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Adobe, Word).
3. Experience with AutoCAD or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in construction or project coordination is required.

Salary range of $70k – $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
