1. Engage with suppliers predominantly within the EU and beyond to procure components.
2. Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
3. Reserve production capacity with manufacturers and supply them with necessary components.
4. Execute production launches according to the established schedule.
5. Maintain and update tracking tools, including supply schedules, delivery calendars, and production monitoring.
6. Conduct invoice control and monthly reporting.
7. Verify supplier qualifications and coverage, and collect origin declarations.
8. Propose enhancements for customs certifications.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Italian and/or Portuguese is advantageous.
2. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and perseverance.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a BAC +4/5 program or equivalent.

Comprehensive training in international production purchasing and regulatory compliance for children's products across various countries. Exposure to diverse cultural work environments.
