1. Guide the design and development of new products in collaboration with Product Development teams.
2. Participate in project briefs and risk analyses.
3. Draft and update the Maison's Quality Specifications and generic control instructions.
4. Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product strategies.
5. Ensure adherence to quality standards and design norms in workshops.
6. Define quality criteria and specific control instructions for new projects.
7. Train and support the quality control team on Dior's best practices and standards.
8. Oversee product homologation procedures with testing laboratories.
9. Define and conduct qualification and homologation tests.
10. Manage commercial partnerships with external laboratories.
11. Oversee the measurement laboratory and analyze laboratory feedback to implement corrective actions.

1. Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a strong understanding of production and quality control processes.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
7. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Knowledge of quality and production standards and regulations in the jewelry sector.

Minimum of 5 years in the jewelry industry, focusing on production and quality control processes.

Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
