- Guide the design and development of new products in collaboration with Product Development teams.
- Participate in project briefs and risk analyses.
- Draft and update the Maison's Quality Specifications and generic control instructions.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and design norms in workshops.
- Define quality criteria and specific control instructions for new projects.
- Train and support the quality control team on Dior's best practices and standards.
- Oversee product homologation procedures with testing laboratories.
- Define and conduct qualification and homologation tests.
- Manage commercial partnerships with external laboratories.
- Oversee the measurement laboratory and analyze laboratory feedback to implement corrective actions.
- Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a strong understanding of production and quality control processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and adaptation to various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach and capability to drive change.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of quality and production standards and regulations in the jewelry sector.
Minimum of 5 years in the jewelry industry, focusing on production and quality control processes.
Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
