- Efficiently manage product selection, sell-through, training, incentives, and reporting to ensure maximum profitability in Northern Europe.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the retail network to drive sales and support product movement across all divisions, including Women's, Men's, W&J, Baby, and Maison.
- Collaborate with the Northern Europe Marketing Manager on client events and luxury strategies to enhance profitability and expand the client demographic.
- Monitor sales by product category against budget and identify high-performing categories for further action, such as re-orders and transfers.
- Identify low-performing product categories and develop solutions, including incentives, PR and marketing support, cancellations, and feedback to buyers.
- Track sell-through on seasonal products to achieve a 70% objective in value across Northern Europe stores.
- Provide comprehensive reports to Retail Management on product performance, competition trends, and new product arrivals.
- Develop and implement internal transfer procedures to support global sales and maximize revenue.
- Oversee transfers from the warehouse to stores for outlet operations and resolve any internal transfer issues.
- Coordinate with the operations department for the timely delivery of luxury products to clients.
- Manage 'made to order' products for efficient client delivery.
- Review auto-replacement orders to ensure optimal stock levels for sales maximization.
- Develop and conduct product training and inductions for the retail network, holding regular sessions for new and existing staff.
- Identify training needs with managers to reinforce sell-through results.
- Conduct new collection briefings in collaboration with the Retail Performance Director for all management levels.
- Organize viewing sessions for upcoming collections upon stock arrival.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in luxury retail.
- Comprehensive understanding of product management functions and boutique analysis.
- Proven ability to build strong communication and relationship skills.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluency in a second language, preferably French.
