Responsibilities
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories.
- Monitor and analyze business sales performances.
- Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance.
- Deliver relevant feedback on consolidation.
- Provide retail support to increase sales turnover.
- Implement action plans.
- Prepare support material for buying sessions, including sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers.
- Prepare newsletters for stores, focusing on product, challenges, visual merchandising, and training.
- Follow up on transfer requests between the EMEA and the UK.
Qualifications
- Experience or understanding in fashion retail, particularly in product merchandising.
- Strong understanding of retail business operations.
Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Windows Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick adaptation to new software/systems.
- Time management skills, committed, flexible, self-motivated.
