1. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories.
2. Monitor and analyze business sales performance.
3. Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance.
4. Deliver relevant feedback on consolidation.
5. Provide retail support to increase sales turnover.
6. Implement action plans.
7. Prepare support materials for buying sessions, including sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers.
8. Prepare newsletters for stores focusing on product, challenges, visual merchandising, and training.
9. Follow up on transfer requests between EMEA and the UK.

1. Experience or understanding in fashion retail, particularly product merchandising.
2. Strong understanding of retail business operations.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Quick adaptation to new software/systems.
5. Time management skills.
6. Commitment, flexibility, and self-motivation.

Beginner level experience in fashion retail or product merchandising is required.
