Christian Dior Product Development Manager - Outerwear

- Oversee the development of the collection, ensuring adherence to timelines, model quality, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the studio, manufacturers, and development teams for materials and components.
- Participate in fittings and assist with note-taking.
- Update various development support tools.
- Manage the dispatch of fabrics and components to manufacturing sites.
- Code models in the PLM software, create and update bill of materials.
- Conduct preliminary price analysis with the product manager.
- Contribute to the standardization of models with the production department.
- Manage the budget alongside the product manager.
- Supervise an intern.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business (Bac +4/5).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product development for sportswear or outerwear.
- Strong product sensitivity and genuine interest in the category.
- Proven ability to provide technical solutions in support of creative processes.
- Organized with a strong sense of priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible, and a team player.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Knowledge of PLM is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
