1. Contribute to the pricing development for ready-to-wear collections, including seasonal, capsule, and special projects.
2. Collaborate with development, coordination, design office, and workshop teams.
3. Engage with the costing team based in Italy for cross-functional initiatives.
4. Analyze costs against technical data to ensure relevance and accuracy.
5. Work with technical teams to identify industrial optimization opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
6. Negotiate manufacturing costs with suppliers and conduct cross-analysis with the Italian costing team.
7. Monitor and analyze costing performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement plans.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing.
2. Proficiency in the luxury sector and its specificities, including product knowledge and quality requirements.
3. Technical knowledge of assembly principles and placements.
4. Fluency in French and English/Italian, both written and spoken.

1. Mastery of MS Office Suite, ERP systems (such as SAP), and PLM systems (such as Centric).
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
6. Strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
7. Flexibility and adaptability.

A minimum of 3 years in a costing role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
