1. Handle sample trafficking and logistics for all VIP requests.
2. Collaborate with the New York team to maintain shared closet space.
3. Assist with setup and accommodations for VIP fittings.
4. Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings.
5. Maintain a calendar with upcoming confirmations and relevant industry dates.
6. Assist during PR events to ensure operational efficiency.
7. Partner with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps.
8. Assist with daily news updates.
9. Monitor VIP coverage and file imagery.
10. Support daily administrative tasks as needed.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices.
3. Ability to exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups.
6. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments.
7. Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
9. Knowledge of Fashion GPS.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
