Christian Dior PR Trainee, Entertainment Relations

- Handle sample trafficking and logistics for all VIP requests.
- Collaborate with the New York team to maintain shared closet space.
- Assist with setup and accommodations for VIP fittings.
- Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings.
- Maintain a calendar with upcoming confirmations and relevant industry dates.
- Assist during PR events to ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps.
- Assist with daily news updates.
- Monitor VIP coverage and file imagery.
- Support daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-through practices.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups.
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
