Christian Dior PR Trainee, Entertainment Relations

- Generate weekly press reports and press clippings for celebrity categories from both print and online publications.
- Collaborate with the entertainment relations team to fulfill dressing requests and coordinate fittings for womenswear and menswear.
- Develop monthly press reports for all categories.
- Manage social media press reviews.
- Compile industry news reports.
- Handle sample trafficking for VIP requests for womenswear and menswear.
- Assist during PR events and fashion shows with RSVPs and dressing list preparation.
- Coordinate celebrity and influencer stylings and fittings.
- Maintain showroom and closet organization and presentation.
- Coordinate and track international and domestic shipping of samples and gifts.
- Develop and execute gifting strategies and send-outs.
- Track VIP placements for reports.
- Manage logistics including shipping and receiving samples for editorials and celebrity fittings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-through practices.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with negotiation abilities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
