1. Handle sample trafficking and logistics for all VIP requests
2. Partner with the NY team to maintain shared closet space
3. Assist with setup and accommodations for VIP fittings
4. Manage logistics including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings
5. Maintain calendar with upcoming confirmations and relevant industry dates
6. Assist during PR events to ensure efficiency in operations
7. Partner with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps
8. Assist with daily news updates
9. Monitor VIP coverage and file imagery
10. Support with daily administrative work as needed

1. Full-time, 12-month program
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home
3. At least 6 months of prior experience

1. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
2. Excellent follow-through practices
3. Good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups
6. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
7. Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
9. Knowledge of Fashion GPS

At least 6 months of prior experience required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
