Christian Dior Trainee in Entertainment Relations

- Manage sample trafficking and logistics for VIP requests.
- Collaborate with the New York team to maintain shared closet spaces.
- Assist in setting up and accommodating VIP fittings.
- Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings.
- Maintain a calendar with upcoming confirmations and industry-relevant dates.
- Support PR events to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps.
- Assist with daily news updates and monitor VIP coverage.
- File imagery and support daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Full-time availability for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-through practices.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups.
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
