Christian Dior Payroll Specialist

- Process biweekly multistate payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage new hire onboarding and update employee transactions using UKG/UltiPro.
- Audit payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary revisions.
- Oversee timekeeping processes using the Kronos system, ensuring accurate tracking and payment of hours.
- Maintain and update payroll systems databases, including Ulti-pro, Core HR, and Kronos.
- Prepare and analyze reports via UKG Business Intelligence, conducting audits as needed.
- Assist the Senior Payroll Manager in preparing communications and training materials for payroll systems.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Authorization Document requirements.
- Process monthly bonuses, commissions, and retail sales incentives.
- Perform monthly audits between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with the HR Controlling Team on payroll-related inquiries for monthly closings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare required statutory filings.
- Partner with the shared service center team on biweekly payroll transactions and reports.
- Provide payroll-related data for audits and legal requests.
- Complete employment verification inquiries.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state company with a database of 700+ employees.
- Experience in the retail sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot tables.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll laws and compliance.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Kronos and UKG-UltiPro systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with a shared services model is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state company with a database of 700+ employees.
The salary range is $80,000 - $85,000 annually, with bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
