- Process new hire onboarding and update employee transactions using UKG/UltiPro.
- Audit payroll reports for accuracy and provide necessary revisions.
- Manage timekeeping processes with Kronos system for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Maintain payroll systems databases, including UltiPro, Core HR, and Kronos.
- Prepare reports via UKG Business Intelligence by running queries and analyzing data.
- Assist Senior Payroll Manager in preparing communications and training materials.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and Kronos-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Authorization Document and other regulations.
- Process monthly bonuses, commissions, and retail sales incentives.
- Perform monthly audits between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with HR Controlling Team for payroll-related inquiries during monthly closings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare required statutory filings.
- Partner with shared service center team for biweekly payroll transactions.
- Provide payroll-related data for audits and legal requests.
- Complete verification of employment inquiries.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for payroll processes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state company with a database of 700+ employees.
- Retail experience and advanced proficiency in Excel (vLookup/Pivot tables).
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll laws and compliance.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Kronos and UKG-UltiPro systems is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state company.
Salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
