1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of dishes.
3. Ensure service adheres to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment as a Pastry Commis.
