- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
- Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of dishes.
- Ensure service adheres to restaurant rules and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
- Set up and distribute dishes.
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment as a Pastry Commis.
- Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, anticipation, and follow-up capabilities.
