- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pastry making.
- Certification in Pastry Cook, Confectioner, Glacier, or Chocolatier.
- Expert-level pastry production skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in pastry preparation and cooking.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
