1. Oversee and ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory, including verification of purchase orders and auditing of validation reports.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of funds, security, and inventory management.
5. Train and manage associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and safety protocols.
6. Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
9. Organize and manage back-of-house operations.
10. Oversee store opening/closing and security procedures.
11. Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with budgets.
12. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
13. Provide exceptional customer service.

1. 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
