1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring precise processing of store inventory by verifying purchase orders and ticketing.
2. Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and the store is well-maintained.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property.
5. Train and lead associates in executing operations tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
6. Monitor accuracy in receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory integrity.
7. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
