Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Oversee and ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory, including verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
- Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and the store is well-maintained.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
- Train and lead associates in operational tasks, including POS procedures, returns, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory through oversight of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Organize and maintain back-of-house operations.
- Manage store opening, closing, and security procedures.
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with budgets.
- Address issues related to store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire associates to do the same.
- Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
