Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Oversee the daily management of non-selling functions within the boutique, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate processing of store inventory through verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
- Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
- Train and lead associates in operational tasks, including POS procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure the security of the store and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Strong leadership and training abilities.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in retail stock associate roles, with a focus on operations.
