1. Manage day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique.
2. Supervise shipping and receiving, inventory control, and loss prevention.
3. Ensure accurate processing of store inventory through verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
4. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area.
5. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
6. Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Train and lead associates in operations tasks.
8. Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
9. Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.

1. At least 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
