Christian Dior Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
- Train, coach, and manage associates in executing operational tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
- Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate communication with central distribution and corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure back-of-house operations are organized and properly set up.
- Manage store opening/closing and security procedures, including locking and securing the store.
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in others.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations in collaboration with the management team.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a strong operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, and facilities management.
- Skilled in producing and maintaining records and documentation.
- Competent in operating POS systems, inventory control systems, and other office equipment.
- Adept at developing and training workforce, building relationships, and utilizing workforce skills effectively.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to listen and provide instructions effectively.
Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience with a focus on operations.
