1. Coordinate compliance of all associates with established company standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
2. Train, coach, and lead all associates in executing operations tasks, such as POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety, and security.
3. Supervise the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs) to maintain inventory standards.
4. Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities align with safety codes and ordinances.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution and/or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Ensure that all back-of-house operations are properly set up and organized.
9. Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management, scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
11. Help solve problems affecting the store's service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
13. Exercise judgment and discretion alone, and in conjunction with the management team, in the day-to-day operations of the store.
14. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

1. At least 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours/days such as nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
5. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

1. Ability to manage store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management effectively.
2. Ability to produce, complete, and maintain records and documentation pertaining to workforce.
3. Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment, including POS systems, inventory control systems, phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and other office equipment.
4. Ability to oversee operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment used in the boutique, including HVAC, electrical systems, security systems, and communications/MIS systems.
5. Ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
8. Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to workforce.
9. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to department managers and associates.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail store management with a focus on operations.
