Christian Dior Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
- Train, coach, and manage associates in executing operations tasks, including POS procedures, return processes, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
- Ensure the security of facilities and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure all back-of-house operations are properly organized and secure the store according to opening/closing procedures.
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Solve operational problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in conjunction with the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
- Ability to produce and maintain records and documentation.
- Competence in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, inventory control systems, and office equipment.
- Skill in developing and training workforce, building relationships, and utilizing workforce skills effectively.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Capability to maintain fair and consistent standards for the workforce.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to provide instructions to department managers and associates.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury retail sector.
