1. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
2. Train, coach, and manage associates in executing operations tasks, including POS procedures, return processes, and safety protocols.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
4. Ensure the security of facilities and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
8. Ensure all back-of-house operations are properly organized and secure the store according to opening/closing procedures.
9. Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
10. Solve operational problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
11. Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
12. Exercise judgment and discretion in conjunction with the management team in day-to-day operations.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
2. Ability to produce and maintain records and documentation.
3. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, inventory control systems, and office equipment.
4. Skill in developing and training workforce, building relationships, and utilizing workforce skills effectively.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Capability to maintain fair and consistent standards for the workforce.
8. Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to provide instructions to department managers and associates.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury retail sector.
