Christian Dior Operations Director

- Lead day-to-day non-selling operations of the Beverly Hills boutique, including payroll, POS, shipping/receiving, alterations, and after-sales processes.
- Supervise and coach associates on operational procedures: POS transactions, returns, alterations requests, safety, and security protocols.
- Oversee inventory accuracy by monitoring receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs); coordinate with central distribution and corporate inventory control.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and record-keeping standards related to cash handling, security, personnel practices, and inventory management.
- Manage store opening/closing routines, secure premises, and ensure compliance with safety codes and local ordinances.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and documentation to ensure adherence to corporate standards and payroll budgets.
- Organize and maintain back-of-house areas to support efficient service and visual standards.
- Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance (HVAC, electrical, security, communications/MIS) and liaise with service providers as required.
- Assist with workforce scheduling and payroll processes to align labor with budgeted targets and store needs.
- Act as an operational problem-solver, supporting service delivery, efficiency, and productivity across departments.
- Promote and sustain exceptional customer service standards and a culture of loss prevention.
- Perform other duties as assigned by boutique leadership.
- Minimum 10 years of retail store management experience with a demonstrable focus on operations.
- Proven leadership in coaching, training, and developing retail teams to execute operational standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, and availability to travel as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures safely.

Ten-plus years of progressive retail management experience with a strong operational remit in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and substantial retail operations experience.
