1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in line with company policies.
4. Support compliance with established company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
11. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
14. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
2. Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
3. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to accurately complete all documentation.
4. Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Capability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.

$22-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
