Christian Dior Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in line with company policies.
- Support compliance with established company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
- Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Complete price changes within the boutique.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
- Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
- Capability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.
