1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain orderly and neat stock and receiving areas, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies regarding safekeeping of funds, security, and record-keeping.
5. Ensure stock is security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.
11. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to improve service and productivity.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

1. Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
3. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete documentation accurately.
4. Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Capacity to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and inventory-control computer systems.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.

Salary range of $19 - $24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
