Christian Dior Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTVs), chargebacks, transfers, and damages according to company policies.
- Support compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, and assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assist in completing price changes within the boutique and in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Communicate with central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control department.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
- Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise, including heavy lifting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete documentation accurately.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
- Capability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving operations.
