1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTVs), chargebacks, transfers, and damages according to company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.
5. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, and assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
6. Assist in completing price changes within the boutique and in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
7. Communicate with central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control department.
8. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.

1. Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience required.
2. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise, including heavy lifting.

2. Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
3. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete documentation accurately.
4. Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Capability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving operations.
