1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages based on company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, security, and record-keeping.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control department.
7. Participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Assist in completing price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
11. Help solve problems and make informed suggestions affecting service and productivity of the receiving area.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
14. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
