1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTVs), chargebacks, transfers, and damages according to company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies and standards related to safekeeping of funds, security, and record-keeping.
5. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
6. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
7. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
8. Complete price changes within the boutique.
9. Pack or wrap customers’ merchandise as necessary.
10. Contribute to problem-solving and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
12. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.

1. Effective handling of receiving operations and merchandise.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation accurately.
4. Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
6. Operation of necessary equipment including phone systems, inventory-control systems, and sensor-tag removers.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.

A minimum of 3 years in retail stock, shipping, or receiving operations is required.
