Christian Dior Operational Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement a targeted marketing strategy, including the creation and dissemination of strategic recommendation presentations.
- Define and manage the 360-degree marketing roadmap.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing materials, opportunities, impacts, and developments.
- Drive initiatives in new high-end territories, services, and major projects.
- Enhance the Maison universe through 360-degree internal team collaboration.
- Oversee image, communication, press, training, retail performance, packaging, clienteling, and visual merchandising.
- Develop physical and digital sales support tools, including product catalogs and personalization services.
- Co-manage and coordinate internal and external events, such as Buying Sessions and Press Days.
- Collaborate on product storytelling and new collection launch strategies.
- Propose action plans to boost e-commerce sales and oversee product description revisions.
- Support weekly business meetings with E-Commerce teams.
- Ensure aesthetic and experiential coherence in packaging, managing schedules, pricing, and project priorities.
- Optimize packaging range rationalization and hierarchy of needs.
- Develop packaging guidelines balancing customer experience excellence and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to optimize forecasts and costs.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management related to communication or customer experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Strong collaborative abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with an analytical mindset, initiative-taking, and persuasive.
- Comfortable with hands-on involvement in projects.
- Product sensibility and an interest in the Maison and Art de Vivre sector.
A minimum of 5 years in project management related to communication or customer experience is required.
