Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to prioritize customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience.
- Assist in managing local initiative projects focused on improving customer experience.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and customer service teams to create E-Clienteling campaigns.
- Manage and report on omni-channel processes and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on E-Commerce and Client Service Center incident ticket statuses.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer experience goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a relevant field.
Skills
- Understanding of various e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Fluent in English and Korean, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the retail or fashion industry.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a relevant field.
