Christian Dior Omni-Channel Operations Manager

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring product availability and driving sales performance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience, implementing solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Manage local initiative projects focused on customer experience improvement, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely execution.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and customer service teams to create E-Clienteling campaigns for enhanced customer engagement.
- Manage and report on omni-channel processes and KPIs, including order metrics, lost sales analysis, competitive analysis, and NPS results.
- Monitor and report on E-Commerce and Client Service Center incident resolutions, ensuring timely follow-up on IT issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on customer experience goals and inventory management strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the retail or fashion industry.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies with strategic thinking capability.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies for managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving, proactive, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Fluency in English and Korean, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant field.
