Omni-Channel Operations Manager

1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures that prioritize customer experience and operational efficiency.
2. Identify and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience to enhance service quality and efficiency.
3. Assist in managing local initiative projects focused on improving customer experience.
4. Collaborate with performance marketing and customer service teams to create E-Clienteling campaigns.
5. Manage and report on omni-channel processes and KPIs, including order metrics and competitive analysis.
6. Monitor and report on E-Commerce and Client Service Center incident ticket statuses and resolutions.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer experience goals and inventory management strategies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a relevant field
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in retail or fashion industry

1. Understanding of various e-commerce platforms and technologies
2. Strategic thinking capability
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented abilities
6. Fluent in English and Korean
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
