1. Develop and structure industrial performance measurement methodologies for cosmetic manufacturing operations.
2. Design and deploy tools and monitoring models to analyse production performance and support operational decision-making.
3. Conduct on-site observations of operational practices to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
4. Lead and coordinate transformation projects at workshop or service level in partnership with frontline managers.
5. Investigate complex process issues through data-driven analysis and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.
6. Optimize production schemes and transpose best practices across multiple workshops to ensure consistency.

1. Candidate enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 engineering programme or equivalent in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
2. Strong analytical rigour with a demonstrated interest in technical and production environments.
3. Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and operational teams.
4. Structured, result-oriented approach with the ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage change.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
