1. Assist production in performance enhancement
2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives
3. Participate in drafting and conducting process audits
4. Ensure proper functioning of machinery, including drafting operating procedures and liaising with maintenance and suppliers
5. Engage in technical innovation and monitoring
6. Contribute to the development of new jewelry products
7. Create manufacturing dossiers, including production range and time analysis
8. Draft engraving ranges and develop their programs
9. Develop CAD tools to optimize production time across various crafts
10. Participate in problem-solving activities

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering

1. Technological awareness and project management knowledge
2. Interest in surface treatments, foundry/metallurgy
3. Proficiency in production processes
4. Mastery of time analysis tools and observation
5. Solid understanding of Solidworks, Slicer, and CAD
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

8. Organizational skills and attention to detail
9. Flexibility and adaptability
10. Strong listening and pedagogical skills
11. Autonomy

Minimum of 3 years in engineering roles, preferably within the luxury or jewelry industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
