Christian Dior Metal Hardware Supervisor

- Lead the development and industrialization team for metal hardware, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of the process, from prototyping to Master validation.
- Collaborate with designers to translate style launches into technically feasible projects in terms of quality and cost.
- Manage the design and CAD drafting of accessories.
- Interface with the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions to ensure suppliers meet prototyping, sampling, and industrialization deadlines.
- Ensure all validated products comply with quality standards.
- Control galvanic specifications and support the creation of new finishes.
- Research and implement qualitative and cost-effective improvements.
- Continuously improve production accessories.
- Monitor market trends and technological innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the metal accessories sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks and Rhinoceros).
- In-depth understanding of metal accessories and production processes.
- Fundamentals of project management.
- Team management, communication skills, and priority management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Management.
