1. Lead the development and industrialization team for metal hardware, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
2. Coordinate and oversee all phases of the process, from prototyping to Master validation.
3. Collaborate with designers to translate style launches into technically feasible projects in terms of quality and cost.
4. Manage the design and CAD drafting of accessories.
5. Interface with the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions to ensure suppliers meet prototyping, sampling, and industrialization deadlines.
6. Ensure all validated products comply with quality standards.
7. Control galvanic specifications and support the creation of new finishes.
8. Research and implement qualitative and cost-effective improvements.
9. Continuously improve production accessories.
10. Monitor market trends and technological innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the metal accessories sector.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Management.

1. Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
2. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks and Rhinoceros).
3. In-depth understanding of metal accessories and production processes.
4. Fundamentals of project management.
5. Team management, communication skills, and priority management.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional knowledge of French is a plus.
8. Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Management.
