- Generate and review weekly sales reports and business recaps.
- Manage product shipping and deliveries.
- Communicate with Retail teams for product inquiries and business updates.
- Participate in business strategy development.
- Assist with stock rebalances to improve sales.
- Monitor and track Trunk Show Samples.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and prepare monthly recaps.
- Support the creation of seasonal launch tools.
- Assist during seasonal Buying Markets with premarket analysis.
- Review sales results on advertising campaigns and product highlights.
- Prepare analysis on fast/slow sellers and sell-thru reports.
- Compile seasonal qualitative collection feedback.
- Conduct end of season product analysis and recaps.
- Support weekly reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Full-time, 8-month program.
- Available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
- Excellent organizational skills and drive for results.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication with Boutique teams.
- Creative thinking in business analysis.
- Proficiency in merchandising software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office programs.
At least 6 months of prior merchandising/buying work or internship experience, preferably in luxury retail women's fashion. Strong working knowledge of retail math and critical metrics.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
