1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
2. Oversee the selection of products, ensuring a diverse and appealing product assortment.
3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Oversee allocation, replenishment, and merchandise control including price changes, assortment updates, and consolidations.
5. Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute launch strategies and animations.
6. Collaborate with Retail Training to conduct qualitative, creative, and inspiring seasonal product training.
7. Work closely with Regional Teams to report, analyze, and strategize.
8. Inspire and engage with retail teams, providing support and encouragement to drive sales in key departments or products.
9. Train and mentor merchandising team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within a retail environment and/or a complex matrixed workplace.

1. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within a retail environment or a complex matrixed workplace.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
