Christian Dior Merchandising Manager, Accessories

- Develop and implement local merchandising strategies for Accessories, including Custom Jewelry, Scarves, Hats, Belts, and Eyewear.
- Define product mix and collaborate with regional merchandising teams to establish seasonal buying strategies and product assortment plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions on Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and provide constructive feedback on product collections and categories.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock flow and maximize sales opportunities throughout the seasons.
- Create and analyze regular reports to propose actionable insights for the Accessories categories.
- Work closely with the retail team to deliver clear product strategies and enhance sales and sell-through rates in accordance with global guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor sets.
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop and deliver product training materials.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors and product trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience in fashion and luxury brands.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- In-depth understanding of the local fashion market and commercial acumen.
- Fluency in both oral and written English.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field.
