- Review weekly sales reports to ensure achievement of planned sales targets.
- Recommend reorder opportunities for men's leather goods and shoes.
- Assist in buffer management and stock rebalancing.
- Oversee shipping and delivery follow-ups.
- Support new store openings and pop-up events.
- Manage inventory for store events.
- Assist the men's team with weekly and monthly sales, receipt, and stock forecasting.
- Prepare markdown recommendations and assist in markdown preparations.
- Support the seasonal reserve process, including buy book creation and boutique communication.
- Develop market insights through store visits and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with retail teams to address client needs and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with the Paris central merchandising team to provide market feedback.
- Participate in four seasonal markets, assisting in premarket analysis and boutique feedback aggregation.
- Define store assortments by product category and cluster.
- Prepare weekly reports, newsletters, and various sales analyses.
- At least 2 years of merchandising or buying experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong working knowledge of retail math and KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in merchandising software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
A minimum of 2 years in merchandising or buying, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
The salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
