1. Assist the Merchandising Coordinator at the Dior Flagship on Avenue Montaigne in managing product offerings across all categories including Women's, Men's, Baby, Home, Jewelry, and Watches.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports, including sell-through rates, stock coverage, and best sellers.
3. Perform ad-hoc analyses and seasonal tracking of new products, including performance, stock levels, and pre-sales.
4. Analyze pre-purchase data and compile end-of-collection reports.
5. Monitor challenges and action plans.
6. Execute stock rebalancing with other regions and manage incoming and outgoing transfers.
7. Consolidate retail requests and monitor stock levels and absorption capacity.
8. Provide tools for retail teams, such as exclusivity books and trunk show tools.
9. Coordinate with EMEA/France Merchandising teams and collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Training, and Press teams.
10. Oversee allocations and uniforms for staff.

1. Enrollment in a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
2. Ideally, previous internship experience in Merchandising, Retail, or as a Business Analyst.

1. Product sensitivity and analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in merchandising or retail.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
